Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 12, 2026 · Belnoir is operated by Belvista Digital Solutions LLC

Draft: this document is being reviewed by a lawyer and may change before Belnoir opens.

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the standards that apply to all Content and conduct on the Platform operated by Belvista Digital Solutions LLC (“Belnoir,” “we” or “us”). It applies to every User, including Fans, Creators and Performers, and to all Content, including posts, store items, custom content, livestreams (if offered), comments, messages, usernames, profile images and descriptions.

1.2 This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. In addition to this Policy, all Content must comply with applicable law and with the rules of our Payment Processors and the card networks. Where those rules are stricter than this Policy, the stricter rule applies.

1.3 Belnoir decides in its sole discretion whether Content or conduct breaches this Policy. Examples in this Policy are illustrative and not exhaustive. We look at the substance of Content and conduct, not just its labels: a disclaimer, caption, hashtag or claim that something is fictional, staged or consensual does not make prohibited Content acceptable, and attempting to get around this Policy (for example by misspelling words, using code words, cropping, blurring or splitting Content across posts or messages) is itself a breach.

1.4 This Policy applies to anything you do on the Platform and to conduct off the Platform that relates to the Platform, its Content or its Users, as described in Section 9.8 of the Terms of Service. It applies to you and to anyone who uses your Account or acts on your behalf.

2. Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following are strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate removal of the Content, permanent termination of every associated account without notice, forfeiture of earnings to the extent permitted by law, preservation of evidence, and reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, law enforcement and other authorities as required or permitted by law.
  • Minors. Any Content that depicts, involves, describes or sexualizes a person under 18, or that presents any person as being under 18, including through costumes, props, settings, role-play, language, drawn or animated imagery, or content generated or altered by artificial intelligence.
  • Non-consent. Any Content depicting sexual activity without the full, ongoing and freely given consent of every participant, including content that is real or simulated, and content involving anyone who is or appears to be asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, drugged, coerced, or otherwise unable to consent.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”). Intimate images or video of any person shared, or threatened to be shared, without that person’s consent, including content shared by a former partner, leaked, hacked or stolen material, and recordings made by hidden camera or without the knowledge of everyone recorded. See Section 9.
  • Synthetic depictions of real people. Content that uses the face, body or voice of a real, identifiable person without their verified consent, including deepfakes and other AI-generated or AI-altered material.
  • Unverified Performers. Content in which any person appears who has not completed identity verification with Belnoir and signed a current release, including people visible in the background.
  • Trafficking and exploitation. Content or conduct connected with human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or anyone acting under force, fraud or coercion.
  • Incest. Sexual content involving people who are actually related by blood.
  • Animals. Any sexual act performed on or with a real animal.
  • Exploiting minors in any way. Contacting, soliciting, grooming or attempting to exploit anyone under 18, or requesting, offering, sharing or seeking material involving a minor, on or off the Platform.
  • Sextortion and blackmail. Threatening to share intimate Content or personal information unless someone pays, sends more Content or does anything else.
  • Obscenity. Content that is obscene under Applicable Law.
  • In-person sexual services. Offering, requesting, advertising or arranging in-person meetings, in-person companionship, escort services or any physical sexual service, whether for payment or otherwise. Online-only services provided entirely through the Platform, such as messaging-based companionship, are not covered by this rule but must follow the rest of this Policy.

3. Prohibited Content

The following Content is not permitted on the Platform:

  • Role-play presented as being between biological relatives (such as parent, child, sibling, aunt, uncle or cousin). Role-play involving step-relationships between adults is permitted.
  • Content involving drugs or drug paraphernalia (including marijuana), alcohol, intoxication, or anyone who appears to be under the influence, including references to them in titles, descriptions or comments.
  • Content involving bodily harm, blood, mutilation, torture, death, or extreme or graphic violence.
  • Content involving weapons, including firearms and knives, used in a sexual or threatening context.
  • Content involving bodily waste, vomit, or other excretory acts.
  • Content involving hypnosis, mind control, or abduction themes.
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Content that promotes hatred against people because of a protected characteristic.
  • Content recorded in a public place where recording or the activity is unlawful, or that shows identifiable members of the public who have not consented.
  • Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person.
  • Content that is unlawful where it is produced, uploaded or accessed, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Content that is false or misleading about who appears in it, its origin, or what a Fan will receive.
  • Any person under 18 appearing in any Content in any way, including in the background or in non-sexual Content such as family photos, and any Content that uses words, settings or props associated with minors or schools to suggest a Performer is underage.
  • Synthetic or materially altered Content (including Content made with artificial intelligence) unless it depicts only verified Performers who have consented to it and is clearly labeled as synthetic or altered.
  • Lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, contests or giveaways that require payment, a Purchase or a Subscription to enter, and any form of gambling.
  • Links, codes or instructions directing Users to buy, subscribe or pay anywhere other than the Platform.
  • Personal information of anyone other than you, including addresses, phone numbers, workplaces and license plates.
  • Health, financial or other claims that are false, misleading or likely to cause harm.

For clarity, the following are permitted, provided all other rules in this Policy are followed:

  • role-play involving step-family relationships between verified adults;
  • adults in animal costumes or pet-themed role-play, where no real animal is involved; and
  • smoking cigarettes or nicotine vapes where lawful.

4. Verification and Consent Requirements

  • Every Performer in every item of Content must have completed identity verification with Belnoir, must have been at least 18 when the Content was produced, and must be covered by a current, signed release consenting to appear and to the Content being published and sold on Belnoir.
  • Every Performer must be tagged on each file in which they appear.
  • Creators must keep all records required by law, including under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable, and provide them on request.
  • If a Performer withdraws consent, or their verification or release lapses or is revoked, the related Content will be removed and must not be uploaded again.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, extort or abuse any person;
  • disclose, solicit or attempt to obtain another person’s personal information, including legal names, addresses, contact details or financial information, without permission (“doxxing”);
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent their identity, age or affiliation;
  • copy, record, screen-capture, download (except through features we provide for personal use), redistribute, resell or publish Content outside the Platform, or help others to do so;
  • solicit, offer, request or accept payment, tips or contact details outside the Platform for anything offered on the Platform, or direct other Users to do so;
  • commit or attempt fraud, including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, filing false chargebacks or disputes, abusing refunds, or laundering money;
  • create multiple accounts, share or sell accounts, or create a new account after being suspended or removed;
  • use bots, scripts or automated means to access the Platform, create accounts, scrape data, or inflate followers, likes, views or other engagement;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with age or identity verification, content review, security features, rate limits or access controls;
  • upload malware, probe or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or interfere with or overload its systems (good-faith security research reported to [email protected] and conducted without accessing other Users’ data is welcome);
  • send spam, unsolicited promotions or chain messages;
  • promote the Platform or Content in any place, or to any audience, where adult content is prohibited or minors are likely to be present;
  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any sanctions or export laws;
  • evade a suspension, ban or restriction, including by creating or using another Account, or use a VPN, proxy or false information to avoid age verification or regional restrictions;
  • attempt to identify, locate, meet or contact a Creator, Performer or Fan offline, or contact them outside the Platform without their clear permission;
  • deceive or pressure Users for money, including false emergencies, false promises of meetings or relationships, romance or investment scams, or misrepresenting who is writing messages;
  • record, screenshot, capture or publish private messages, calls or livestreams without the consent of everyone involved, except to report them to us;
  • collect, scrape or harvest data or Content from the Platform, or use it to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems;
  • file false, duplicate or coordinated reports, appeals, copyright notices or removal requests, or otherwise abuse our safety processes;
  • impersonate Belnoir or its staff, or send messages designed to obtain passwords, codes or payment details (phishing); or
  • harass, threaten or abuse Belnoir staff or contractors.

6. Comments, Messages and Interactions

  • Comments and messages are subject to automated filtering and may be blocked, held or removed.
  • Creators may remove comments on their own posts. Belnoir may remove any comment or message and restrict any account.
  • Users may report comments and messages, and we review reports promptly.

7. Enforcement

7.1 We review Content before publication and may also act after publication. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may, with or without notice: remove or restrict Content; issue a warning; limit features; hold payouts while we investigate; suspend or permanently terminate accounts; withhold or reverse earnings connected with violating Content, to the extent permitted by law; and report to Payment Processors, card networks, law enforcement and other authorities.

7.2 Strikes. A violation that is not zero-tolerance may result in a warning that counts as a strike. Strikes remain on an Account for one year. Repeated strikes lead to suspensions of increasing length and then to permanent deactivation. We may skip steps where a violation is serious, and we may act on several violations at once. Zero-tolerance violations always result in permanent termination.

7.3 Related accounts. Where we terminate an Account for a serious or zero-tolerance violation, we may also terminate any other Account we reasonably believe is owned, controlled or operated by the same person, or used to help them.

7.4 We preserve Content and records connected with suspected illegal activity as required by law and may provide them to law enforcement in response to valid legal process or where required by law.

7.5 Appeals are available as described in Section 13.3 of the Terms of Service and on our Appeals page. Decisions involving minors, matches against known child sexual abuse material and matters reported to the authorities cannot be appealed, except where Applicable Law gives a right to a review.

8. Reporting

Anyone may report Content or conduct that may breach this Policy, without an account, using the report form or by emailing [email protected]. Reports that someone did not consent or may be under 18 are treated as urgent and reviewed first, within 24 hours. Requests to remove non-consensual intimate imagery are handled as described in Section 9. Knowingly false reports are themselves a breach of this Policy.

9. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

9.1 What is prohibited. You may not upload, post, send, sell, share, or threaten to share any intimate image or video of a person without that person’s consent. This includes, without limitation:

  • so-called “revenge porn”: intimate content shared by a current or former partner, or anyone else, to embarrass, punish, control or harm the person shown;
  • content that was recorded with consent but shared without consent to its distribution, or after that consent was withdrawn as provided in the Creator Agreement;
  • leaked, hacked, stolen or screen-recorded content, including another creator’s content taken from Belnoir or elsewhere;
  • content recorded secretly, by hidden camera, or without the knowledge of everyone recorded;
  • synthetic or altered content, including deepfakes and other AI-generated material, that depicts a real, identifiable person in an intimate or sexual way without their verified consent; and
  • sextortion: threatening to share intimate content, or demanding money, more content or anything else in exchange for not sharing it.

9.2 Consent is verified. Every person who appears in Content must be identity-verified and must have signed a release consenting both to being recorded and to the Content being published and sold on Belnoir. We may ask any uploader for further proof of consent at any time, and we may remove Content while we wait for it.

9.3 Consequences. Non-consensual intimate imagery is a zero-tolerance violation under Section 2: the Content is removed, every associated account is permanently terminated, earnings connected with it are withheld to the extent permitted by law, evidence is preserved, and we report the matter to law enforcement where required or appropriate. Sharing or threatening to share intimate images without consent may also be a crime under federal law, including the TAKE IT DOWN Act, and under state law, including Missouri law, and may make you liable to the person shown, including under 15 U.S.C. § 6851.

9.4 Requesting removal. If you appear in intimate Content on Belnoir that you did not consent to (or you are authorized to act for someone who does), you can ask us to remove it, without an account, using the report form or by emailing [email protected]. Please include: your name and signature (typing your full name is enough); a link to the Content or enough detail for us to find it; a short statement that you believe in good faith the Content was shared without your consent; and a way to contact you.

9.5 What we do. A request containing the elements in Section 9.4 is a valid removal request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. It is timestamped and goes to a monitored priority queue, and we remove or disable access to the Content, and to every known identical copy of it on the Platform, as soon as possible and within 48 hours (in most cases straight away). Those files are also blocked from being uploaded again. Reports that do not contain those elements are investigated urgently under Section 8. Evidence is preserved only as the law requires, and access to it is restricted to our safety team. We may also ask you to confirm your identity privately through our verification partner so we can take action against the account that shared it; we will not wait for that check before removing the Content. We never ask you for intimate images to prove your claim.

9.6 Help and support. If someone has shared, or is threatening to share, intimate images of you, you can also get free help from the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative crisis helpline (1-844-878-2274) and use StopNCII.org to help stop images being shared on participating platforms. If you were under 18 in the images, use NCMEC’s Take It Down service and we will report the matter to NCMEC. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

9.7 False requests. Knowingly false removal requests are a breach of this Policy. If we find that Content was removed by mistake, we may restore it and will tell the uploader.

10. Physical Items

10.1 Physical Items must be lawful to sell and ship to the buyer’s address, must comply with carrier rules and must be accurately described. The following may not be sold: anything containing bodily fluids or waste; weapons, ammunition and their parts; drugs, prescription medicines, supplements or drug paraphernalia; alcohol, tobacco, nicotine or cannabis products; hazardous, perishable or regulated materials; counterfeit or infringing goods; items that identify any person other than the Creator; and anything else Applicable Law, our Payment Processors or the carrier prohibit.

10.2 Physical Items are shipped by the Creator directly to the Fan. Nothing may be sent to Belnoir, and items may never be delivered in person.

11. Who Operates an Account

11.1 Each Account must be used only by its owner, except that a Creator may let assistants or a management company help run the Creator’s Account. Anyone who helps must follow the Agreement and may act only within the Platform. The Creator must not share their identity verification with anyone, must keep two-step sign-in turned on, and remains fully responsible for everything done on the Account, including by assistants or a management company.

11.2 A Creator must not tell Fans, or let anyone tell Fans, that messages are personally written by the Creator when they are not, and must not use artificial intelligence to write messages that impersonate the Creator without clearly disclosing it.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time, including to reflect changes in law or in the requirements of our Payment Processors and the card networks. Material changes will be notified as described in the Terms of Service.
