18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Belnoir were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all such depictions are kept by the custodian of records:

Content on Belnoir is created and uploaded by independent Creators, who are the producers of their Content and are required by the Creator Agreement to create and keep the records the law requires. Before any Content is published, Belnoir verifies the identity and age of every person who appears in it through its identity verification partner and keeps a copy of each person’s identity document and signed release.

Content on Belnoir that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, or that is otherwise exempt, is not subject to these requirements.
